A celebration of citrus and spice, this collection brings together three 50% dark milk chocolates - Orange, Island Spice, and Chai - each layered over the richness of Trinitario cocoa.

From the vibrant lift of zesty orange, to the deep, aromatic warmth of bay leaf, nutmeg, and cinnamon, to the comforting spice of ginger, cardamom, clove, and star anise - each bar offers a different expression of warmth, balance, and depth.

Made from Trinitario cocoa grown in Trinidad and crafted entirely at origin, this bar honours the full journey of cocoa. From blossom to bar, it remains in the hands of the farmers - ensuring fairness, traceability, and a true connection to the land.

Ceremonial-grade quality means it is not ultra-processed, preserving its natural antioxidants, iron, and magnesium. The cocoa butter is left intact - never replaced with palm oil - creating a smooth, nourishing melt.

This collection feels like a little escape. If you want something adventurous yet balanced - where the flavours complement the cocoa, not overpower it.
