Welcome to Sage & Lune. We’re a small, independent brand rooted in intention and integrity. By using our website and making a purchase, you agree to the terms outlined below. These terms are designed to protect both you and us, and to create clarity in all our exchanges.

1. Orders & Payments

  • All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise.
  • Payments are processed securely through trusted third-party providers such as Stripe or PayPal. We never store your full payment details.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion - for example, if stock is unavailable, an address appears invalid, or fraud is suspected.
  • All orders are subject to acceptance and availability at the time of purchase.

2. Shipping

We currently ship to addresses within the UK only, including remote areas such as Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, and parts of Scotland.

  • Standard UK Mainland Delivery: £3.99
  • Remote Area Delivery: £5.99
  • Next Day Delivery: £9.99 (available Monday–Friday on orders placed before 1PM)
  • Free Standard Delivery on all orders over £40

⏳ Dispatch & Delivery

  • Orders placed before 1PM (Monday–Friday) are usually dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 1PM or over the weekend will be dispatched within 1–2 working days.
  • While we work with reliable couriers, delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services or circumstances beyond our control (such as strikes, severe weather, or courier errors).
  • Once dispatched, you’ll receive tracking details by email. Please ensure your email and shipping address are correct at checkout - we cannot redirect or refund parcels due to input errors.

3. Returns, Refunds & Replacements

We kindly ask that you purchase with intention. Due to the nature of our products - including edible goods and personal-use fragrances - we do not accept returns or offer refunds except where your item is damaged or incorrect.

If there’s a problem with your order:

  • Contact us within 3 days of receiving your parcel
  • Include your order number, clear photographs, and a short description of the issue
  • We reserve the right to determine whether a refund or replacement is applicable, at our sole discretion

Please note:

  • We do not accept returns of opened or used products
  • We do not offer refunds for subjective experiences (e.g., scent preferences or taste)
  • We do not offer compensation for courier delays
  • Claims made after 3 days of delivery may not be honoured

This policy ensures fairness and compliance with UK Consumer Rights Law for perishable and personal-use goods.

4. Product Information & Accuracy

We make every effort to describe our products accurately. However, due to their handmade and natural nature, slight variations in appearance, scent, or texture may occur. This individuality is part of what makes our offerings unique.

All products are intended for personal use only and are not medical products. They are not designed to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.

Please consult your healthcare provider before use if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, have allergies, or are on medication.

5. Preparation & Consumption (Drinks)

Our cocoa and botanical drink blends are designed to be prepared hot for the fullest expression of flavour, aroma, and therapeutic benefit.
They can also be cooled or served over ice once brewed, if preferred.

  • Always use clean, food-safe utensils and follow preparation guidance provided on the packaging or product page.
  • These products are intended for adult consumption and should be kept out of reach of children and pets.
  • If you have allergies to cacao, botanicals, or herbs, please review ingredient lists carefully before use.

6. Ayurvedic & Wellness References

Some of our blends reference Ayurvedic principles or traditional wellness practices. These references are provided for educational and informational purposes only and are based on historical and scientific literature - not medical advice.

Any statements regarding health or mood benefits (such as calming, energising, or restorative effects) are not evaluated by the MHRA or any medical authority. Individual results may vary.

By purchasing or consuming our products, you acknowledge that these claims are not intended as a substitute for professional medical guidance.

7. Use at Your Own Risk

We recommend performing a patch test before using any of our fragrance products and discontinuing use if irritation occurs.

Our ceremonial cocoa and herbal drinks are crafted for mindful enjoyment. Please consume responsibly and store them safely away from children, pets, and heat sources.

8. Events & Gatherings

Our workshops and gatherings are created with care - spaces to slow down, connect, and create.

  • Your proof of purchase email is your entry - simply show it on arrival.
  • All sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable unless the event is cancelled by Sage & Lune.
  • Each ticket includes one pastry and one barista-crafted drink; additional food and drinks are available for purchase at the venue.
  • Events are not suitable for children under 12 unless otherwise stated.
  • Attendance is at your own risk. Sage & Lune cannot be held responsible for loss, injury, or damage during events.

These gatherings are hosted with love and intention - your mindfulness helps us keep them peaceful, safe, and inspiring for all.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website - including product names, descriptions, photography, brand language, and visual identity - is the exclusive property of Sage & Lune.

You may not copy, reproduce, or use any part of this content without prior written permission or visible credit linking to our website.
