                      Do you offer refunds or accept returns?
                    
                  Due to the nature of our products — which include edible goods and personal-use fragrances — we do not accept returns or offer refunds for reasons of change of mind, personal taste, or scent preferences. This policy is in place for hygiene and safety reasons and applies to all products unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect.
If your order arrives damaged or not as described, please email us within 3 days of delivery at hello@sageandlune.com, including your order number and clear photo evidence of the issue. We’ll do our best to make things right in accordance with your consumer rights.
Please note:
- We do not offer refunds for claims made after 3 days of delivery.
 - We cannot accept returns of opened or used items under any circumstances.
 - Decisions regarding replacements or partial credits are made at our sole discretion.
 
                    
                    
                      Do you ship internationally?
                    
                  Not at the moment. We currently ship within the UK only, including Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, and Scottish Highlands. We hope to offer international shipping in the near future.
                    
                    
                      Is shipping free?
                    
                  Yes — standard shipping is free on all orders over £40.
For orders under £40:
- UK Mainland: £3.99
 - Remote Areas (e.g. Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, some parts of Scotland): £5.99
 - Next Day Delivery: £10 (available Monday–Friday on orders placed before 2PM)
 
                    
                    
                      When will my order arrive?
                    
                  We aim to dispatch orders the same day if placed before 2PM, Monday to Friday.
Otherwise, your parcel will leave our studio within 1–2 working days.
Delivery times:
- Standard UK: 3–5 working days
 - Remote areas: May take slightly longer
 - Next Day Delivery: Available on eligible orders placed before 2PM (Mon–Fri)
 
Please note: Once parcels leave our hands, delays caused by the courier or weather are out of our control. However, we’ll always do our best to assist if issues arise.
                    
                    
                      Are your products vegan?
                    
                  Yes. Every product at Sage & Lune is 100% vegan and cruelty-free — from our ceremonial cocoa to our artisan fragrances. We’re committed to sourcing ethically and creating with care.
                    
                    
                      Are your fragrances all-natural?
                    
                  Not entirely — and we believe in being transparent about that.
Our fragrances are crafted using a thoughtful blend of natural ingredients, biotech naturals (lab-grown from natural origins), and a few lab-safe synthetics (three core base notes, to be exact). These high-quality, IFRA-compliant ingredients allow us to create rich, long-lasting, skin-safe scents — while staying true to our values.
We never use phthalates, parabens, or animal-derived ingredients.
                    
                    
                      How should I store my products?
                    
                  To keep your Sage & Lune goods at their best:
- Cocoa products: Store in a cool, dry place away from heat and direct sunlight. Refrigeration is ideal, especially in warmer months.
 - Perfume: Keep in a cool, dark place (e.g. drawer or cabinet). Avoid windowsills or steamy bathrooms. With proper care, our fragrances have a shelf life of up to 3 years.
