The Darkie Collection brings together our higher cocoa bars, where flavour is richer, intensity is deeper, and nothing is diluted. Featuring our 65% dark chocolate with cocoa nibs, this is chocolate in its fullest expression - layered, textured, and unapologetically real.

Made from Trinitario cocoa grown in Trinidad and crafted entirely at origin, every bar honours the full journey of cocoa. From blossom to bar, it remains in the hands of the farmers - ensuring fairness, traceability, and a true connection to the land.

Ceremonial-grade quality means nothing is over-processed or stripped away, preserving the cocoa’s natural antioxidants, iron, and magnesium. The cocoa butter is left intact - never replaced with palm oil - creating a smooth, nourishing melt that contrasts beautifully with the nibs.

Founder’s Note

I’ll be honest - I’ve never been a dark chocolate person. It usually gives me a headache, and I rarely go above 50%. But the chocolatiers told me to trust this one. It melted in my fingers, tasted clean with soft, fruity notes, and for the first time, I got it. I could have finished the entire 32g bar - but this isn’t the kind of chocolate you rush. And the best part? No headache. Just joy.
