You Already Have It All
You Don’t Need to Become More—You Need to Remember Who You Are

So many of us walk through life feeling like something’s missing. We’re constantly sold the illusion that we need to find ourselves, fix something, or buy something to feel whole.

For years, I was told I needed to “find someone” and “start a family.” But the truth is, I already felt complete. I chose to embrace that wholeness, to live from a place of contentment rather than lack. And wouldn’t you know it? In that mindset, the universe responded. In my late twenties—within the span of a year—I met, married my husband, and welcomed our baby.
That’s the power of alignment.
But let me say this, too: don’t rely on anyone else to recognise your wholeness. I never waited for someone to tell me I was good or talented or worthy. I just gave it a go—writing, baking, influencing, business, podcasting, public speaking. I grew up being told I wasn’t good enough, especially when it came to grades and achievement. And I’m not having it anymore.
The truth is, most people won’t recognise your greatness unless it benefits them. So stop waiting. All you need is you—and your belief in yourself. That’s more powerful than anyone’s validation.
When we live in a constant state of “not enough,” we overlook our own strength. We become blind to our gifts. And that kind of ungrateful energy? The universe doesn’t reward it.
The belief that “something is missing” is the root we need to pull out. Because really, the only thing missing is our faith in ourselves. You are whole. You already carry everything you need to build and receive the life you desire.
You are not missing anything. The world just taught you to believe you were.
Of course, there are days I don’t feel it. Days I’m not radiating confidence or peace. But even on those days, I remind myself: I may not feel it today, but tomorrow? Watch out, world. Because this is just a moment, not a truth. I don’t let low energy convince me that I’m less than.
We only feel less than when we measure ourselves against someone else’s standards.
So here’s your reminder: You are not behind. You are not broken. You are not lacking.

You already have it all.
